yzmGLOBAL is a leveraged strategy targeting elevated returns on high-quality private credit collateral. It holds mGLOBAL and mGLO - Midas issued tokens backed by Fasanara’s Global Diversified Alternative Debt Fund. The vault borrows stablecoins against that collateral and recycles them back into the position, repeating the loop to multiply the spread.

Product Description

yzmGLOBAL provides leveraged returns on Fasanara's Global Diversified Alternative Debt Fund - a fund with >10 years of track record and no down month. Depositors supply USDC and receive a vault share in return. Yuzu manages the position thereafter, monitoring collateralisation and adjusting leverage when conditions require.

The strategy levers real-world yield through overcollateralised DeFi lending. mGLOBAL and mGLO accrue yield from the trade receivables the underlying fund finances. The vault supplies that collateral, borrows stablecoins at the venue’s prevailing rate, and reinvests the proceeds into further collateral. Repeating that sequence captures the spread several times over the same equity, which is how the strategy targets a return above the underlying fund.
